Coaching Clinic with Shane Webcke
Some of our Redbacks players entered a competition though the Townsville bulletin run by Suncorp to promote sun safe living and chance to train with Shane Webcke for an hour. The boys received a bag with some sun safe products including a hat and sun cream.
The boys got to learn some great training drills and learn about sun safe in sport.

| A couple of our clubs junior players - Kane Swift & Jake Lewis meeting and greeting Aaron Payne from the North Queensland Cowboys. Through a sponsorship deal with Toyota and The Cowboys, they supply every junior player of rugby league with a t - shirt for training. Great work Toyota and The North Queensland Cowboys. |

Gordon Talis Cup

Congratulation to the under tens who played in the Gordon Talis cup the other weekend although they didn ’t make to the play offs they did come 3rd in their division.Over the 2 days they played 7 games - out of these they only lost 1 game being the last to Mackay- they drew 2 and won 4. Over the weekend they geld as a team both on and off the field and in all of their game they all put in a 110% effort. I would like to thank Genus for his help and support over weekend as well as all the parents, but most of all I would like to thank the boys themselves for playing hard and fair in every game .
