U/14's Travelled

U/14's Team Travelled to Herbert River Last Saturday 10th May, 2008 in their own cars.

This was a once off situation because of the shortage of time we had about this travel.

Dave checked his email's on Saturday 3rd May, 2008 (MayDay Long weekend), to see the draw for the following weekend was out. This draw had the U/14's travelling to Herbert River. Dave sent an email to the Executive and The Bus Travel Co ordinator's. Jodi sprung into action (thanks Jodi), ringing several bus companies only to find out because it was only one team travelling away it would cost between $25.00 to $35.00 to cover the cost of the travel. The executive had a discussion on Tuesday 6th May, 2008 at training and the U/14's were told that due to the short notice, the costs required for the bus, etc., etc., we would allow the U/14's to make their own way to Herbert River.

ALL TEAMS THAT ARE ROSTERED TO TRAVEL AWAY IN THE COMING MONTHS WILL TRAVEL ON THE BUS THAT IS ORGANISED FOR THEIR TEAM. TEAMS WILL BE INFORMED / REMINDED  SHORTLY OF THE DATE THEY ARE TRAVELLING.
